Are there any prerequisites for this course?
There are no prerequisites to this course but knowledge / experience with Agile and Scrum is recommended.
Is there any pre-reading/watching material?
Prior to course start you will receive some materials to read/watch to make you familiar with some popular scaling frameworks. This activity is not mandatory but highly recommended. You also have the opportunity to formulate questions and we’ll make time to discuss them at the course.
For the certification do I need to take an exam?
There is no exam for this certification. After succesfully completing the course, you will get an email from Scrum Alliance to set up your profile and activate the certification.
Due to a problem I missed a part of the course. Can I recover it later?
Scrum Alliance requires 16 hours of instruction, so if you miss a part of the course you will not be eligible for certification. If there is a serious reason for missing, we’ll offer you transfer to a future workshop.
I need to cancel my participation to the course! How do I get my money back?
You can cancel up to 7 days before the course starts. We will refund you or we can also transfer you to another course date if you wish.
